Generally we recommend the standard height gas lift for most users. This goes from a sitting position to a raised perch position for working at a standard height desk. If you have a sit/stand desk you stand at, and would like to perch with it set a bit lower, or sit at a higher than normal desk height then we suggest you order the 265 gas lift.
